India vs England 2nd test: The Virat Kohli & Co have kick-started their training for India vs England Second Test at the Lord’s Cricket Ground on Tuesday.
The BCCI posted a photo of the stadium & captioned the picture as, “Hello, Lord’s, we are here #TeamIndia”. Opening batsman Mayank Agarwal who was ruled out of the first test due to a concussion has joined the team in the nets.

The first test between India & England ended in a draw after the final day was abandoned due to rain. India was eyeing victory & needed 157 runs to win the first test on the final day with nine wickets to spare, but Rain played the spoilsport & the India vs England first test ended in a draw.
Captain Virat Kohli had a disappointing outing with the bat during the first test as he was dismissed for a golden duck by James Anderson in the first innings. The face-off between Anderson & Kohli has often grabbed the attention of cricket fans over the years & it is one of the most exciting battles in test cricket.
Recently, former India spinner, Venkatapathy Raju had said that Ravichandran Ashwin should have been included in the Playing XI in the first test against England, but he also said that he understands the reason for team management going with Ravindra Jadeja.
Meanwhile, England’s all-rounder Moeen Ali has been included in the squad for the India vs England 2nd Test at the Lord’s cricket stadium. Just a day after Silverwood said that Moeen Ali was under consideration for the second test, the all-rounder received a call-up for the second test. The star all-rounder will join England’s test squad for training on Tuesday.
