The ICC on Wednesday released the latest updates in ICC T20I rankings. India’s Virat Kohli has returned back into the top 10 after his gleaming unbeaten 82-run knock at the MCG against Pakistan. He has gained five places to move up to the No.9 position in the batters Rankings list. On the other hand, Hardik Pandya has supported Kohli in guiding India to a nervy win by scoring 40 runs & scalping three wickets which helped him to maintain his No.3 spot in the all-rounder’s rankings list.
Pakistan’s Mohammed Rizwan continues to top the batting rankings list but now he faces tough competition from New Zealand’s opener Devon Conway whose unbeaten 92 off 58 against Australia in their opening fixture against Australia helped him to move up by three places to second position on the batters rankings list. Rizwan currently has 849 rating points just 18 points more than Conway. Other players who have gained in the latest Rankings update are Suryakumar Yadav & Babar Azam who are currently in third & fourth positions on the list. On the other hand, Aiden Markram has moved down to the No. 5 position.
