INM vs WOG Live Score, LLC 2022: Cricket Legends are geared up, fields are set, and Trumpets are blown as the second edition of the Legends League Cricket is all set to begin on Saturday, September 17. Though the league will formally begin tomorrow, a special exhibition match has been scheduled for today between Virender Sehwag-led Indian Maharajas & Jacques Kallis-led World Giants. The match will be played at the iconic Eden Gardens stadium in Kolkata.
Earlier BCCI President, Sourav Ganguly was named as the Captain of the Indian Maharajas team while former World Giants was named as Eoin Morgan Captain. However, the duo pulled out of the tournament following which Sehwag and Kallis were passed on the responsibility.
This year’s tournament will feature four teams, the India Capitals, Gujarat Giants, Bhilwara Kings, and Manipal Tigers. All four teams will compete against each other in a round-robin format in the main tournament, starting on September 17. The matches will take place at Eden Gardens in Kolkata, Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi, BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow, Barkatullah Khan Stadium in Jodhpur, and Barabati Stadium in Cuttack. The qualifiers are scheduled to take place at the Barkatullah Khan Stadium in Jodhpur.
Sehwag will hold the reins of the Gujarat Titans franchise while his long-time opening partner, Gautam Gambhir will lead the India Capitals franchise. Harbhajan Singh has been appointed as the captain of the Manipal Tigers, and Bhilwara Kings will have Irfan Pathan as the leader.
