Chahal posted a perfect picture on social media where he & teammate Rishabh Pant are seen on cycling equipment in the gym where the Indian team has been training since they have arrived in Australia.
Kuldeep Yadav is seen standing between Chahal & Pant as the trio strikes a perfect pose for the camera. Isuru Udana who is Chahal’s teammate in RCB took a cheeky dig at Chahal. He commented on the post as “bro the seat is too high for you.”
Pant has secured a place only in test squad whereas Kuldeep has been included in Test and ODI squads. Chahal remains a white-ball specialist. India will start their tour with the three match ODI which will start from November 27 in Sydney. The ODI series will be followed by three T20Is & all the limited overs games will be played in Sydney and Canberra.
The first Test match will be a day night event & will be played with the pink ball at the Adelaide Oval from December 17. The remaining three Tests will be played in Melbourne (December 26-30), Sydney (January 7-11), and Brisbane (January 15-19). Chahal has been selected for the Australia tour on the basis of his good IPL season where he scalped 21 wickets from 15 matches. Kuldeep didn’t able to shine as bright as Chahal with the ball even Pant wasn’t able to produce a good show with the bat either. He finished an underwhelming IPL season with 343 runs from 14 games at a strike rate of 113.95 even as his team Delhi Capitals finished as runners-up
