Brad Hogg & Dhoni

Brad Hogg & MS.Dhoni both are one of the renowned players of the cricket fraternity. Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, almost every cricketer, as well as celebrities, are taking to their social media account to interact with their fans and adding to their list Brad Hogg responded to a fan’s query by complimenting MS Dhoni on an ‘entertaining career’ and said people should enjoy and appreciate what Dhoni has accomplished in his cricket career.

One fan has asked former Australian spinner, Brad Hogg a query on Ms. Dhoni’s cricket career, he asked what Hogg feels about Dhoni’s retirement, whether the former Indian Captain should officially retire from cricket if IPL of this year get canceled due to COVID-19 to which Hogg replied that he feels that Dhoni won’t announce his retirement without being a part of a crucial tournament. He said that the wicketkeeper cum batsman is calm about things and looking at his career so far we can say that he has “an entertaining career”.

The fan asked on twitter to the 48-year-old former Australian Spinner, “What do you think that if IPL 2020 gets canceled then Mahi should retire from the International Cricket”.

Former Australian Spinner Hogg said, “It’s all speculation I don’t think he will announce his retirement if IPL 2020 gets canceled this year. He is very calm about various things and silently move towards the next thing which he wants to achieve”. “I feel that he will have one powerpack burst in the next 2 years for India”, Hogg concluded his tweet. Both Brad Hogg & MS.Dhoni have proved their efficiency on the cricket pitch with their exemplary performances.

38 years old, MS. Dhoni has been a part of the Indian Team Squad and made his last competitive appearance in the 2019 World Cup Semi-Final where India lost to New-Zealand.

Dhoni was on a paid leave after the T20 World Cup and has not been seen in the Indian team Squad since then. Rishabh Pant and KL Rahul were given chances to prove their competency and make the wicket-keeper spot as their own spot.

Talking about Dhoni’s comeback Indian team coach Ravi Shastri had said that MS Dhoni could make an International Comeback if his performance is exemplary in the IPL series but the cash-rich league is put on a hold due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic and chances for MS. Dhoni to make a comeback into Virat Kohli led Indian cricket team squad before the T20 World Cup in October seems very low.
