Hardik Pandya send special birthday wishes for KL Rahul!

Indian cricketer KL Rahul turned 28th on Saturday and there were a lot of best wishes lined up for the young cricketer. KL Rahul received a special birthday wish from his “brotherman” Hardik Pandya.

KL Rahul is celebrating his 28th birthday on Saturday and to make this occasion extraordinary for KL Rahul his ‘brotherman’ Hardik Pandya sent special wishes to him. The India all-rounder cricketer took to his Instagram handle to share a picture with KL Rahul and send his wishes to him. “Happy birthday brotherman. Always got your back”, Hardik Pandya captioned his post on Instagram. KL Rahul’s statemate Mayank Agarwal also wishes the India batsman on his birthday. “Many Happy Returns of the day Dost @rahulkl May this year bring you more happiness, health, and success. Can’t wait to have a little crazy and fun time with you”, Mayank Agarwal wrote.

ICC also extended wishes to the star batsman through its official twitter handle. “36 test matches, 32 ODIs, 42 T20Is, 4,706 International runs. First Indian player to score a century on ODI debut. Third Indian to score a century in all three formats of the game. Happy birthday, KL Rahul”, ICC wrote on Twitter.

Rahul was the top performer for the Indian team in the limited-overs match of the New Zealand tour. Rahul scored 221 runs in the five-match 20-20 International series while he scored 204 runs in the One-day international match.

The right-handed batsman made his test debut in the year 2014 but he had to wait for another two years to make it to the limited-overs squad. When KL Rahul made his ODI debut he became the first Indian batsman to score a century in his first game for the country in the 50 overs format.

KL Rahul is also listed as one of the three Indian batsmen who have scored a century in all the three formats of the game. Suresh Raina and Rohit Sharma are the two other Indian Batters who have achieved this place in international cricket.
