Earlier on Day 2, India built a massive lead of 249 runs after spinner Ravichandran Ashwin helped India to wrap up England’s innings for 134 runs on Day 2 of the 2nd Test on Sunday. India were 54 runs for 1 wicket down at stumps on day 2 with Rohit Sharma playing on 25 runs & Cheteshwar Pujara playing on seven runs. Ravichandran Ashwin had claimed five wickets as England collapsed in reply to India’s 329 runs total conceding a massive lead of 195 runs. India is looking forward to register a glorious victory which would help them to level the four match test series after facing a terrific defeat in the Opening Test at Chepauk stadium.
