KXIP’s Ravi Bishnoi wants to take Steve Smith’s Wicket in the upcoming clash with Rajasthan Royals!

KXIP leg spinner Ravi Bishnoi has aimed on taking Rajasthan Royals Captain Steve Smith wicket in KXIP’s upcoming clash with Rajasthan Royals. Bishnoi said that he wants to dismiss the Australian Captain in this year’s IPL.

“Steve Smith because he plays well against spin and he is also number 1 Test batsman,” Bishnoi told Mayank Agarwal, in a video shared on IPL’s official website. Bishnoi can achieve his target in the next match against Rajasthan Royals on September 27. However it will be a tough task for Bishnoi as Smith is in a brilliant form as he scored 69 runs in their first match of the IPL 2020. KXIP till now have played two matches in this year’s IPL & lost & won one game each.

The team led by KL Rahul lost the match against Delhi capitals in a Super Over but made a superb comeback in the league by winning the match against RCB by 97 runs . Rahul played an unbeaten knock of 132 runs in 69 balls & helped his team to put a huge target of 207 runs for RCB. With this knock Rahul also achieved the highest individual score by an Indian player in the IPL.

Bishnoi also contributed in KXIP’s win by fetching three wickets in the match & Ashwin also took three wickets as KXIP wrapped up RCB’s total at mere 109 runs. Bishnoi has expressed his excitement of being a part of the IPL 2020 & said, “I am feeling very good as it is a very big stage for a youngster like me. I used to watch it on the TV and playing in it is every player’s dream.”
