Mumbai Indians should go with their unchanged lineup for this match after they registered a stupendous victory against KKR. MI will look forward to getting better contributions from Quinton De Kock & Kieron Pollard who haven’t done much to strengthen MI’s batting order. Rahul Chahar will look to spin a web around opposition batters & carry forward his decent form in today’s clash also. As chepauk pitch is slow & spin is favored on Chepauk’s pitch. Rohit might consider including spinner Piyush Chawla in MI’s Playing XI.
Mumbai Indians Predicted Playing XI:
Quinton De Kock (WK), Rohit Sharma (C), Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Kieron Pollard, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Piyuh Chawla, Rahul Chahar, Trent Boult, and Jasprit Bumrah.
SRH might look forward to bring Kane Williamson back into the team to help them survive on the sluggish Chennai Wicket. In the previous two clashes which they have played, they had miserably failed to deliver with bat & chase the targets. SRH is yet to open its winning account in the IPL 2021. So inclusion of Kane Williamson in the batting line-up should be SRH’s priority. Their batsmen have lacked the depth & patience to play on Chepauk’s slow pitch. Only Jonny Bairstow from the SRH batting order is able to make it on Chepauk’s slowish pitch. Kedhar jadhav is another player which SRH could consider to include into playing XI & he could come into the team in place of Vijay Shankar or Abdul Samad.
SRH Predicted Playing XI:
Wriddhiman Saha (WK), David Warner (C), Manish Pandey, Jonny Bairstow/ Kane Williamson, Abdul Samad, Kedar Jadhav/ Vijay Shankar, Mohammad Nabi, Rashid Khan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Shahbaz Nadeem, and T Natarajan.
