Rohit Sharma Interacts with KKR Players by Strictly following Social Distancing Norms!


All the IPL teams have started practicing for the cash rich league as the tournament is just 10 days away. They players are often seen training for their franchises while practicing social distancing norms.

The BCCI has set certain protocols for the franchises to follow according to their safety. Mumbai Indians & KKR are the only teams in Abu Dhabi at the moment & the rest are having their training base in Dubai. Rohit Sharma who is Mumbai Indians Captain was seen having a chat with his former teammate Abhishek Nayar & Kuldeep Yadav. Notably, Kuldeep and Nayar both are a part of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and were practising with their teams. As the cricketers are advised to maintain social distancing strictly, all three were seen following it.

While both the KKR players were standing at one side & the Mumbai Indians Captain was standing on another side with a big distance between them. KKR’s official Twitter handle posted a video in which all three can be seen interesting but with the twist of social distancing. “Social Distancing 101 – @abhisheknayar1, @imkuldeep18, catch up with @ImRo45 at training, but with a ‘new-normal’ twist! ????,” they wrote.

Mumbai Indians also posted a picture which had Nayar & Rohit having a conversation. The Mumbai Indians’ Twitter handle wrote “See you on the 23rd! Notifying that both the team will be playing against each other on 23rd September. KKR will be playing their first game against Mumbai on 23rd September. The finals will be played on 10th November.
