Amid the Coronavirus Pandemic when the whole world is suffering, Sachin Tendulkar has shared a special hopeful Easter message for his fans he said that there is “always light at the end of the tunnel”.
The Coronavirus Lockdown has forced people to celebrate Easter at home, this has made everyone sad and to bring a smile on other’s faces, Indian batting sensation Sachin Tendulkar took to Twitter to wish his fans. Sachin in his tweet acknowledged that the world is going through a difficult phase but we should not lose hope, he reminded people that the festival of Easter teaches us to “never lose hope and have faith”. He also added that nothing lasts forever after darkness there is light, he added, “light at the end of the tunnel”.
“Easter reminds us to never lose hope and have faith in yourself. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. We will surely beat these tough times together through prayers and our mental and physical strength as a nation together. Happy Easter Everyone!” Sachin Tweeted.
Not only Tendulkar but the Indian team’s head coach Ravi Shastri also wished his fans ‘Happy Easter ‘ on Instagram. Sharing an adorable picture, Shastri wrote: “Happy #Easter Everyone! Have a lovely and joyous day ahead”.
Easter has a great significance for Christians across the globe. It marks the resurrection of Jesus Christ following his crucifixion on Good Friday. It also marks the culmination of lent, a 40 day period of fasting and penance.
However, as the country is going through a deadly virus, several churches were remained closed on Easter. In India, the number of the novel coronavirus has increased and crossed the 8000 mark. Of these 716 people have cured and discharged and 273 people have died due to this novel Coronavirus Pandemic.
