Natarajan displayed outstanding performance in the T20I series in Australia & Captain Virat Kohli had praised the youngster for showing consistency in his bowling.
“Special appreciation for Natarajan as in the absence of Mohammed Shami & Jasprit Bumrah he stood out & delivered under pressure”, Kohli had said.
“It is outstanding as he is playing his first few matches at the International level. He is very composed, humble & a hard-working player he is very much sure of what he does”, Kohli added.
“I hope he continues to work hard on his bowling & gets better because a left-arm bowler is always an asset for the team & if he can keep bowling in this way consistently, it will be a great thing for us heading into the World Cup Next year”.
