It seems like it’s ‘Pool time’ for Kohli & the entire RCB squad as on Tuesday kohli & the other players were seen chilling in the pool & beating the heat in the UAE.
By sharing the picture on Instagram, Kohli said had a “proper day at the pool”. A relaxed Kohli is seen lying on his back on a recliner & posing cheerfully for the camera by giving a victory sign. His RCB teammates Pawan Negi & Gurkeerat Singh Mann also enjoyed their free-time by the pool. The RCB Captain has his goal set for the upcoming 13th edition of the IPL i.e. to help the team win their maiden IPL title.
Actor Varun Dhawan also couldn’t stop himself from commenting on Kohli’s ‘Pool Day’ Post & after getting fully impressed with Kohli’s chiseled muscles Dhawan commented, “Ripped.” Kohli is the highest run scorer in the history of IPL by scoring 5412 runs. In 2016 he broke the records by scoring 973 runs with four centuries which is also an IPL record. However despite of such superhuman performance Kohli couldn’t help his RCB team to win any IPL title who have made it to the finals for three times but failed to win the league.
Kohli is optimistic as he said that the current RCB squad is the “most balanced” that he has had since 2016 when the team last made the final. The addition of Aaron Finch made the team’s top order batting stronger as so far RCB’s batting was heavily dependent on how Kohli and AB De Villiers fared. Whereas bowlers like of Umesh Yadav, Mohammad Siraj, Navdeep Saini and Yuzvendra Chahal would hope that change of venues to the bowler’s friendly UAE stadium would give the bowlers good opportunity to restrict their score.
