Yuvraj Singh recalls some Glorious Memories with MS Dhoni!

MS Dhoni has put the entire country in sad phase after he announced his retirement from International cricket on Saturday through his Official Instagram handle.

After Dhoni announced his retirement Yuvraj Singh sent a heart-warming message to former India Captain. Yuvraj who had played various match-winning partnerships with Dhoni took to social media to post a video capturing the glimpses of the time the duo spent on field while representing the country & congratulated the Former Indian Captain for a great International Career. Further praising Dhoni for his immense contribution to the Indian Cricket, Yuvraj recalled his lifting of two World Cup trophies T20 World Cup in 2007 and the 50-over World Cup in 2011.

“Congratulations @mahi7781 on a great career! Enjoyed lifting the 2007 and 2011 WC trophies together for our country and our many partnerships on the field. My best wishes to you for the future,” Yuvraj captioned the video on Instagram. 

Yuvraj & Dhoni were the two strong pillars of the Indian Cricket team’s middle order for years. The duo supported team on various occasions & hailed Indian team towards victory. Dhoni & Yuvraj Singh has scored 3,000 runs as a pair in the ODI format with an average close to 52 runs. The pair put on 10 hundred plus centuries while playing in partnerships in 50 over format.

While Yuvraj Singh retired from all forms of cricket including IPL Dhoni will continue to play in the cash-rich league. MS Dhoni will continue to lead the CSK squad & will eye to win the fourth IPL title. The upcoming IPL series will commence in UAE from 19th September & the finals is on 10th November 2020.
